MRI findings:Multiple non hamorrhagic tiny acute infarcts in the right cerebellar hemisphere left side of the cerebellar vermis and left parieto occipital lobes Patient is in rajasthan. Doc said it is curable with medicine... BUT THE CONCERN IS THAT BP IS CONSTANTLY REMAINING 180... Even after taking BP control medicine... What should be done to control BP... Kindly advice... waiting for your response... I will be highly grateful to you... Thanks and regards

I think he may require cardiologist opinion to rule out accelerated hypertension. So better done a complete evaluation and treated. Until unless control of bp don’t get discharge
