Urge to urinate

My daughter has urge to urinate many times but unable to urinate. Some time if we ask her to urinate as we are going out she is unable to do so,but very next moment she needs to urinate. She also bed wet at night. Please suggest.

Consult Now
She may be having Urinary tract infection. Give her lots of fluids and water.
Next Steps
Get her urine examination done ieUrine routine/microscopy  culture  and Urine Culture& sensitivity . Blood sugar should also be checked. If there is any pain in lower abdomen get an ultrasound done to rule out any obstructions e.g. stones etc

start a urine alkaliser along with proper medication after the urine and other reports
