I have the urge to urinate immediately after I just urinated. Like my bladder hasn't emptied completely. And my bladder feels full very frequently. There's no pain or anything.

it could be overactive bladder, so give urine sample for culture and sensitivity test and accordingly take antibiotics. You would get benefit with Tab. Mirago 50mg once a day for 10 days. if you have good symptomatic improvement, then you need to continue the medication for 3 months.
