Its probably Urinary tract infection. Is there any burning sensation while urinating ? Kindly get urine routine microscopy test done Drink plenty of water 3-4 litres of day And a proper hygiene

There are many reasons for urgency to urinate. Most commonly it is due to Urine infection Prostate issues in men (BPH/prostatitis) Diabetes Rarely due to certain other neurological / stress related issues Needs further details to differentiate between them. You can get urine routine examination done. Ultrasound abdomen if possible and review

Urinary infection is the commonest cause of frequent urge to pass urine. A simple urine routine test - biochemistry and microscopy, would show if infection is there. Drinking at least 2-3 litres liquids every day is a good way to prevent urinary infection if there are no other medically causative factors.

Do Urine routine and USG pelvis. More information needed. Kindly consult a general physician
