2 nights before I was masturbating and after ejaculation, I'd urge to pee. Even after peeing I feel like there is some more pee left. I go back and again came back but only a little comes. I'm having weird sensation inside penis and also after masturbation first time I feel like my penis has shrinked a bit. After 24 hours the sensation decreased but again I feel like it is still there also shrinked penis. I experience nightfall sometimes. Is it a serious problem? What can be the possible reason for this?
