I've had an upset stomach for the past 3 days, mainly towards my lower stomach. I am constantly using the restroom and yesterday I only ate a breakfast sandwich and my stool came out red towards the night, not eating anything red. I took a stomach formula yesterday and it didn't work. Today, I ate a breakfast burrito and with constant using the restroom, my stool came out green towards the morning and is now a reddish-brown. Its not diarehha. & today i took pepto bismal and it didnt work
