Upper Stomach heaviness

I have been facing upper stomach heaviness and slight pain since two years, ultrasound report is normal with fatty liver grade-1. Raciper plus and librax medicine have been prescribed. I am in sitting job of 9 hours and doctor diagnosed with dispepsia and acid reflux. If i discontinue medicine raciper plus symptoms reappear. I do not intake any alcohol. Kindly suggest
