Hello. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. Very good afternoon. Most probably the boy is suffering from Chronic Gastritis. Kindly seek a Gastroenterologist in your area and I'm assure you,  the problem would be resolved,  if there is no injury to the ribs. Take care and good luck and have a hasty recovery.
