  4. Upper Middle back pain. Be the reason?

Upper Middle back pain

I am suffering with upper middle back pain just below neck area. Previously I didn't feel such pain. Though I didn't took any pain medicine but this pain is constant or moving little left right. What could be the reason? I am a IT professional works 9 hours in desk. Mainly feeling this pain when looking down for long.

It may be mechanical pain ..u may need exercises and few medications..please consult rheumatologist
