Mu husband (30years) having upper chest discomfort from last 2days. Please suggest the reason. If possible I want to talk to you.

1) Upper chest pain can be due to cardiac, GI or muscular issues 2) Get a 12 lead ECG and chest X pa 3) Start Tab Sompraz 40 mg Twice a day for 5 days 4) Inform ECG and chest X report
