You may not take repeated doses within 72 hours of each other as it is supposed to be effective. In your case i wont suggest to take repeat tablet in just 48 hrs of last tablet. It may cause nausea, vomiting, cramping, irregular bleeding etc. But chances of pregnancy may increase after repeated unprotected intercourse. No one can predict it.
