Unwanted 72 is not for withdrawal bleeding,you have to take it within 72hrs to avoid fertilization and implantation of egg,that means you will not have a missed period,your period will come at your regular time but pills are not 100%effective,so avoid unprotected sex if you don't want pregnancy
