I have been having mild to severe lower abdominal cramping and pain for many days. I’ve also missed my period which happens quite often. This time is different because I am slightly bleeding and it’s more pink than red. I used a tampon for an hour at most and taken it out to see that’s it was dry blood or some brown substance. I’m unaware of its relation to each other but I’m also experiencing completely watery still as well as tiredness and extremely sore, swollen, and tense breasts.
