I have chlamidia and have not got treated I've had it for two years and I want to know if left untreated what damage can it do to my health.

If you will not  take treatment it will lead to upper pelvic inflammatory disease and can damage to the fallopian tube .If fallopian tube will damage then chances of pregnancy will be less .So treatment is compulsory.
