I have been experiencing racing heart symptoms from couple of years now. It does not occur daily but twice or thrice a month.Few of the instances are like: When I wake from my bed in the morning. I am working on something in my office and heart beats starts raising.Sometime it's when I have heavy load of work and sometimes I don't have much load of work. Basically,it occurs atany time if the day which I am unable to understand.So whenever this occurs I try to engage my mind in two different things like watching something and working simultaneously etc and it helps.
