My BP has been consistently high at 150/100 since last year because of anxiety issues (As Lipid profile, Diabete, KFT, etc. came normal, previous year as well as this year). So no medications being taken. I've read prolonged high BP leads to complications, what period is considered medically "prolonged" for high BP???

If it is persistently high you should take BP medicines ratjer than avoiding it. There is no definition for prolonged in medicine.
