Hi Thanks for reaching out. You have done tests for HIV and the results are normal. You can get a test done at the hospital. If you have done more than one test then there is nothing to worry about. If you are feeling anxious about your health even when the results are normal consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. A psychologist will guide you on how you can manage anxiety and feel calm. For your peace of mind you can get another HIV test done at a hospital. Try to not worry too much.
Next Steps

Hello, Your negative HIV test results are highly reliable, and it's important to focus on accurate information from reputable sources. You are a well aware and knowledgeable person. In the current case your doubt of having HIV shall have some evidence. Look for any symptoms, discuss with someone or your seniors regarding this issue. But at last you have to trust yourself and your body. There are many false alarms and you shall seek comfort in whatever knowledge and information you have rather than a possibility of adversity. Consult a psychologist to discuss and get stress related help from. Hoping for your good health.
