Unruptured follicles can be due to many reasons any hormonal imbalance like thyroidprolactin,any previous surgeries in pelvis,prescence of chocolate cyst or poor ovarian reserve.caise need to be examined and corrected.i f natural cycle can try for egg rupture injections
