Unregressed Neonatal PAH with PFO

My Child age is 26 Days. He diagnosed with Unregressed Neonatal PAH with PFO in Pediatric Echocardiography. The report is attached for reference. Please help me to understand how serious it is and what are the possible treatments.

Dont get worried just by seeing the 2d echo
Next Steps
pl lookout for any alarming signs, like getting bluish on crying , excessive sweating while feeding, decreased urine output(less than 3 times per day)

if no such signs then wait for one month and repeat 2decho

Nothing to worry . Feed the baby 2 hrly and watch for bluish discolouration of legs, face. See to it he gains weight adequately.
Next Steps
Some babies will have there finding at birth, but things will get resolved in few weeks. So repeat scan after 1 1/2 months

Its a common finding in neonates. Just repeat the scan after 1 month as suggested by cardiologist. Mostly it will get resolved by itself. If baby is growing well just watch and wait.
