Unlpleasant smell from within

I am getting an unpleasant odor while breathing and eating food  , which is not actually present . Whenever i breathe i smell that odor, it is inside me , plus when i breathe , sometimes it feels like  very cold air is passing through the nose , direct to the brain.

This is cacosmia and can be from varieties of causes like infection in sinus , post viral infection ,old foreign body inside nose or some CNS causes.Do one CT pns and consult online for medication.
