Unidentified black mark on the face

It's been a long time since I have noticed a dark marks on my face. When I tried to peel off the outer layer, it came off. However after 1-2 days, they again came back. Although it looks like something caused due to external injury but I haven't suffered any injury on my face. Those marks are slightly elevated from my skin (about 5 micrometer). I have searched in internet as well and it's not a wart.
