Unforgiving: leads me to hate myself

I've been too sensitive since I can remember. Because of that, I suffer a lot; depression, anxiety, stress, and even suicidal. Sometimes, I hit myself. I really wanted to change myself and be mature. Forgiving someone who has hurt me would be the first thing that I should do, but I do not know how. I seek revenge and go crazy whenever I hate someone who did me wrong. Please help me. Thank you.
