Some time or per day from last 1.5 month I feel sudden sensenal unexplained  pain in my uper arm and leg.....and last after some time Again I feel it after some hour or some time. Bt not at sleeping time....I Some time my bp go high some time normal....it go uptp 100/160 What may be the probelm
