Unexplained symptoms!

Please refer to picture! I have irritation in this region since over 2 yrs, I thought its bcs of impacted molar , got it surgically removed- got scaling polishing, got a new crown on no-36 , technically did everything.. but no relief. Why do i have irritation in oral mucosa on this region? What could be the cause.. the dentists have found nothing! Showed myself to over more than 50 people by now! Got my tooth grinded too so they aren't touching the cheek either! I feel irritation here like teeth touching my cheek and i get the urge to chew on them!

Hii, by seeing the picture it seems to be a cheeck bite which usually caused because of sharp cusp of your teeth. It can be treated by slightly grinding your sharpened cusp . Although clinical examination is important do visit your nearest dentist Stay safe

Have you ever tried warm saline rinses? Add that to your routine. What I can understand from your condition is that you are allergic to something. You need to notice and find out after what thing does it initiate. How many topical medicines have you tried yet? This is very important for me to know so that I can help you. If possible contact me. I will surely help to relieve your problem.
