I have been married for 4 years.I have done HSG,Laproscopy to diagnose the issue. But all the reports turned out to be normal. Semen analysis is also been performed, which is also came out normal. We tried with tablets (fertomoid etc), but could not conceive. Then we tried 3 cycles of IUI + tablets, which was also unsuccessful. I am ovulating normally. Could you please suggest what shall I do next? Should I try IVF or try some other treatments like homeopathy. please suggest.

Hi, as you mentioned semen report is normal, tubes are open, ovulation taking place with fertomid. Possible reason is quality of uterine endometrium,which might be harbouring subclinical infection reqquire small course of antibiotic and anti inflammatory, or thin requiring estrogen suppliment. Even if no reason is left, prayer of forgiving helps.
