Hi there. Please get blood test (beta hcg)done to confirm pregnancy as urine test can be false positive at times. Once you have confirmed then consult obstetrician and explain her that it was unplanned pregnancy and physically and mentally your not ready for it as your young and unmarried. She wil definitely help you with it as unplanned pregnancy which harms Mother's health can be legally terminated. Please don't try any methods or tablets by yourself at home.it might lead to incomplete abortion and cause complications. Next time please use double protection,not to repeat it.
