My mom often gets uneasy and restless mostly every morning and evening.. however these symptoms can appear anytime of the day and this behaviour may last for few minutes to an hr..  she really gets restlessness with high intensity and tends to loose her ability to stay firm. The other problem is she gets apprehensive when we ask her to see a doctor as she is very afraid of them. We got her throid, Sugar and BP checked and reports are normal..kindly help me with right direction please

Blood test for Serum Sodium level estimation should b done.It may b due to Sodium(Na+)defeciency.U may slightly increase ,salt intake,in her routine diet.
