I ate chicken from outside which was very white ,dry and  hard a to eat like it was uncooked .I felt lot of noises and uncomfortable feeling in Stomach immediately  after eating it .Is there any medicine I can have  to avoid digestion issue and food borne illness as I already feel after COVID I have a weak stomach nd immunity.
