Underarm pain

I am having lot of gas buildup in my body. Visited doc month back and I was on meds for 15 days for the same. Doctor said the pain is due to indigestion. After completing course of the medication, next day I can still feel some pain in both underarms although it is reduced. Sometimes it causes pain in the head too and burning extending to arm, back. I am unable to understand if gas is building up due to eating less food or due to not being active. Facing the issue for more than a month. Please advise.

Based on the symptoms described, this appears to be a case of gas and bloating potentially related to functional dyspepsia or GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), with possible muscle strain contributing to the arm pain. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience: Severe chest pain Shortness of breath Pain radiating to jaw or neck Excessive sweating
