Hi sir, I'm 22 years old recently I'm facing the issues in private part that is under foreskin occurs red rashes and red spots but there is no itching or smell and i don't do intercourse with anyone and under fore skin is not normal please suggest me any cream or oilment tablets and I'm going share my images infected area in penis thanks
