The skin around my eyes, particularly under eyes is getting itchy, swollen and dry. It usually happens whenever I apply some moisturizer under my eyes and doesn't go away for days. Is it allergy? How to cure it and what cream can I use for my under eye care( dark circles) without such side effects?

It is possible that you are allergic to you under eye cream.. so avoid applying that cream.. otherwise that area will become darker..  get in touch with Dermatologist for proper management
