I've dark circles ever since I was born and have consulted various doctors and have applied various medicines such as Bruenda Eye Gel, Melanyte C and Lumiedge Skin lightening gel, but none of them have helped me. Besides the dark circles, my eye sockets are also very shallow. Can they be cured? Or they're birthmarks, which will last forever?
