I have single undescended testicle from childhood.. Will it cause serious problem.im 31 year old,now I'm feeling uneasy , uncomfortable due to this ,is that any thing serious please help me .

It depends on size and possible potential remaining function of the testis. Testis of significant size may be brought down to normal position by procedure called orchidopexy while atrophic testis of very small size may be removed.
