66 yrs old male with h/o stroke 4 yrs back,known hypertensive,no DM, lab report suggests hyponatremia,,bp not getting controlled,.currently on med- amtas at(25 mg atenolol) in morning, telma 40 in afternoon, and telma 40 at night,. Suggest to control bp
