Asked for Male, 65 Years

I have DM type1 since 20yrs taking voglibose 0.2+metformin 750+glimepride 2mg with breakfast and Vildagliptin 50+Metformin 500 with dinner. My Sugar Fasting 130 , PP 230 and Hb1AC -7. 7 (done on 28 December 2020) BP 150/90 Walk 5 km daily. Pls advise according to control my sugar with minimum medicine. Regards
