I have been having extremely high axiety , axiety attacks and panick attacks , flash backs have been occuring daily , i can't function daily and at times i feel paralyzed and unable to get out of bed . I have been depressed and extreme mood swing. I can't sleep i have insomnia . My chaplian wrote a letter of concern . I have trust issues but i opened up to her .
