My mother is unconscious and unable to get up from the bed, she says she doesn't have enough energy to get up, checked the BP and Sugar levels. BP:149/109 Sugar fasting blood sugar :148

You need to take her to emergency or visit a physician so that she may be examined and investigated further. She may require hospitalization if it persists. You should get her BP examined regularly and she require some anti hypertensive.
