As i observed the behaviour of uncle changes after give up alcohol and a  change occurs due to alcohol and family problems(wife) in a 2 weeks after alcohol was give up so i want to know how they can be cured and live a better life like before.

Consult Now
Put him under a de-addiction program with consultation from a Psychiatrist. What he might be facing is alcohol withdrawal and it can be treated easily.
