Since a month my father has been feeling pain in right side of the brain...and he went unconscious 4 times while coughing in the last 2 days...whom should I consult ? I stay in Gwalior...so new Delhi is closer to me...please care to advise as I am very concerned about my father...his age is 56...please advise me best doctor available in the country... Also should he stop taking nexito 10 as prescribed...

Hello, sir your father is taking escitalopram (nexito) which is an antidepressant. We need to collect some of the information about his symptoms, as depression can have wide variety of symptoms, since you are nearer to Delhi please consult psychiatrist @ AIIMS and neurologist
