Uncomfortable feeling

From last 4-5 days when I walk a little bit or climb stairs I feel tightness in my chest and I am no able to breathe properly. It takes 8-10 mins to be normal. When I wake up in the morning then also I feel extremely tired. I can't sleep properly at night also. Why is this happening. Do you think it's related to heart problems?

Hello, The symptoms you are describing are typical of angina. Seems to be heart related. I need to assess your clinical history in detail with risk factor assessment for further guidance. I suggest you to get your ECG Echo and if both normal then Stress Test done . Take care
