Yes.it all depends upon the damage,and time of duration of Dry eyes,and screening time.

Yes dry eye does affect the vision.. The time of recovery will depend upon the amount of damage that has occured to the cornea. Discuss with an Ophthalmologist in detail for further evaluation of your case
