I have been biting my nails since i was a child. I now even bite the skin around it. Also, the hair at the top of my head started becoming thinner and drier. Since then I always pull my hair out. After returning from college, there are issues i keep to myself and find no solutions. i havent achieved anything for long time and it makes me feel low
