I have severe tooth pain, my tooth turns blackish and it have hole in it and I feel some sensations in my tooth I can't able to control my pain what to do right now plz help me!

Hie.. since it has got decayed .. need to find the exact treatment for the same by clinical evaluation and xray of that tooth.. whether we need to do rct following cap or extraction followed by replacement of that missing tooth.. Dont start with medicine for now till it is clinically examined and according to your medical condition, if u have any.. just recommeding you, paracetamol 500mg for now (on the safer side) Kindly don’t delay more ..

Most probably you have a cavity and it is touching the nerve inside the tooth. You may need to go for either root canal treatment or extraction after a proper evaluation.  Ease visit any dentist the first thing tomorrow morning. In the mean time take a painkiller if you don't have any other medical complications

If u have untolerable pain then take antibiotics and painkiller but u have to go for a checkup and get an x-ray first. I think it needs  rct
