Unbearable stomach pain at night

Hi, i am getting treated for peptic ulcer recently. Endoscopy has been done. And I am taking sompraz hp from 2 days. But after starting the medication I lost my appetite. Also having stomach pain in middle of the night.after the passing of stool it go away. Also the stool is blackish now. Is this the reason to concern or its just normal in peptic ulcer.Also Should I continue my medication for 10days or inform my doctor. Thanks.

These changes may be related to medicines etc. Nothing to worry. If it is causing any discomfort then treatment may be added accordingly
