Hello Doctor, My father has suddenly encounter a strange issue on his back neck on past 6th morning. It is seeming that some poisonous bug has creeped there as it is swelled every where in patches in back neck including his both shoulders and he spotted same inside hair of back neck. The whole back area is severely affected and also it is paining unbearable. Please Doctor Help me...
