Unbearable back pain/winded

Hi I was wondering if you could help at all as I'm having really bad back pain for just over a week now I have being having back pains but it was bareable but today it has become unbearable it's from the lower part of my neck to the middles of my spine and it feels like I'm constantly winded and it's making me feel sick and light headed

Consult Now
The pain may be from bone, ligaments, muscle or even inside.  Need more details regarding onset, progression, aggravating relieving factors etc. Also need to get your self examined  . Treatment will depend on diagnosis.  Apart from pain killers difficult to suggest anything more with the information given
