High fever, backpain, vomating, urine pH 8 and feeling weakness and unable to speak. After taking paracetamol fever goes down but after few hours it's again above 102°c.

Need to get evaluated with urine tests and ultrasound abdomen. Consult nearby urologist/surgeon
