Its been a year my sex timing is affected very badly as i am unable to sustain in bed for long its just been 3 to 5 minutes, but i used to get long in bed for like 15 to 20 minutes before. I do masturbate often and have poor diet but that was also before.
seems like you are still doing good the only trouble is comparison to your previoself, timing can be increased easily with certain penis exercise and distraction techniques
