SIR, I AM 62 YRS OLD. ABOUT TWO WEEKS BEFORE I WAS UNABLE TO SMELL ANYTHING. BEFORE THAT I HAD COUGH AND COLD FOR ABOUT 4-5 DAYS. KINDLY ADVICE

Dear patient if u r suffering from complete loss of smell then it may be due to acute viral rhinitis .You need anti allergic and local steroid nasal spray after proper evaluation from ENT specialist.sometimes age related smell problems also prevails.
