During sexual intercourse with my husband, He's unable to insert his penis into vagina. He tells it's blocking or hitting.. I feel the same. Is it something related to lack of skill or anything needs to be tested

It happens with many couple. U both need to lubricate properly . Take pillow for better entry and sight...It might  tk sm more  time.....
